Our superior flats have a living room with a sofa bed (1.35 m), kitchenette (basic kitchenware), LCD TV, table, chairs and bathroom (with shower). There is a bedroom with a double bed (1.35m). Some of them have a terrace (subject to availability for booking). Spacious, bright and exterior flats. Approximate size: 62 square metres.

The cleaning service of the apartment will be carried out every 3 days. In case the client requests extra cleaning, the cost will be € 10 per service. Also, leaving the apartment in poor condition will also entail an extra cost of €30.
