We can also advise you on the different tourist options: how to get to the center of Valencia, ticket sales for the City of Arts and Sciences, the Bioparc, etc. Any doubt or question you may have, we will try to solve it. * Our reception hours are from 7.30 am to 11.30 pm.
* Our check in time is from 16.00 hrs to 23.30 hrs. Check out is until 12.00 hrs.
* If you anticipate your arrival later than 23.30 hrs, the concierge service will deliver the keys and will answer any questions you may have.
*Reservations made after 23.30 hrs for the same day, will not be managed by the Aparthotel as there is no service available, please take this into account when making your reservation.
